Police Recovered Stolen Cow within 24 Hours in Pattan Village, arrested 03 Persons

Baramulla 30 Jan(CNI) : police on Saturday recovered a stolen Cow in Kongamdara village of Pattan in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Reports reaching news agency Current News of India (CNI) said that a cow of Hilal Ahmad resident was stolen by unknown persons on the intervening night of 26 January at Kongamdara Pattan in Baramulla district. After that the said person registered a complaint at Police Post Kongamdara.

According to reports, following the complaint, Police swung into action, arrested the three thiefs including a butcher and recovered the stolen cow within 24 hour’s and initiated the more investigation into the matter.

Sources told CNI that the arrested Butcher is the mastermind behind the case. Adding that The other two person’s were motivated by the butcher to theft the cow at the said place.

Meanwhile Police in this regard has registered a case FIR 11/2021 under relevant sections of law at Police Station Pattan and further investigation has been started.

The complainant and Locals of the area hailed the timely action of Pattan Police especially ASI Ali Mohammad (Investigation Officer),who solved the case within hour’s. (CNI)
