Baramulla 26, Feb (CNI) : The special drive was conducted by TSO Pattan under the supervision of Assistant Director FCS&CA Baramulla in Pattan and two mutton were found violating the price rules.
According to reports reaching news agency- Current News of India (CNI), the two mutton shops were sealed in Pattan and fine was collected from the violators.
Reports said that the team headed by TSO Pattan found two mutton shops without proper weighing machine’s and violating price rules.
Sources told that mutton shops are closed from few days against the governments price list for mutton but some butchers are selling mutton at high rates at their home’s.
Sources further told that some mutton shops were selling mutton at Rs 550 and some at Rs 600, which is the gross violation of laws.
While talking to TSO Pattan he said that following the complaints of Public, “we conducted the market checking today and found some mutton shops violating the rules”.
Meanwhile, General public has hailed the action of AD Baramulla Sheikh Tariq and TSO Pattan Shabir Ahmad and requested them to continue such type of actions so that people can feel some sort of relief. (CNI)
