Heart Rending situation in Rajouri and Poonch due to Pak Shelling

Prof (DR) Mohd Mazammal Hussain, (CNI (National Joint Secretary, Public Grievances, (J&K UT), of All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice, expressed his serious concern and profound sorrow over the unexpected shelling by Pakistan army at district head quarter in Poonch town, Rajouri and other boarder districts targeting innocent civilians at Schools, Colleges and private buildings resulted dozens of causalities and hundreds injured including senior citizen, women and children and damaging properties of the civilians having cost of millions which is against the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) that is followed even during wars.
Prof Hussain on behalf of All India Council of Human Rights, liberty and Social Justice expressed heart felt condolence to the bereaved families and condemned the barbaric act of Pakistan and stated that such type of brutal actions could not be chaptered in the humanity, we stand with victims every time in this heart wrenching situation which needs attention of effective diplomatic intervention for the protection of human rights and maintenance of peace in the region. It is also worthwhile to indicate that the border districts of Jammu and Kashmir have plethora of similar victimization whenever tension soared between India and Pakistan.
Prof Hussain requested the youths of the boarder districts to donate blood to the injured who are admitted in Hospitals as they should remember that need and help is the combination of universal survivalism and appeal the government of India and the government of Jammu and Kashmir UT, to grant Ex-gratia Relief to the victims and compensation for the property damaged by Pakistan shelling.
