People’s Democratic Party chief Mehbooba Mufti alleged that the party youth members have been ‘arrested’ for holding a candle light vigil in honour of the martyrs of 13th July.

In a tweet, as per news agency Current News of India-CNI, Mehbooba Mufti claimed that “PDP youth members have been arrested & taken to Kothi bagh for taking out a candlelight vigil to pay tributes to the 13th July martyrs. Mother of democracy anyone?”

Earlier, Mehbooba claimed in a tweet that she was put under house arrest.

However, there was no clarification from police when this report was being filled.
