During the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday, the Qazigund Police Station provided a helping hand to a family by shifting a patient in a police bunker vehicle.

The police shifted a pediatric patient from the Emergency Hospital in Qazigund to the Maternity Hospital in Anantnag safely after the ambulance was unable to run due to heavy snowfall accumulation on the road.

The family appreciated the role of the police and thanked them for their timely intervention.CNI
