Republic Day- 2024 full dress rehearsal held at Budgam ADDC Dr Akramullah Tak, unfurls National Flag, takes salute at march- past
Budgam, Jan-24: Full dress rehearsal in connection with the Republic Day- 2024 celebrations was held today at Sports Stadium Budgam.
On the occasion, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Budgam, Dr Akramullah Tak unfurled the National Flag, inspected the parade and took salute at the march-past.
Speaking on the occasion, ADDC Budgam paid rich tributes to the freedom fighters and highlighted the development initiatives undertaken in the district. A variety of cultural programmes were presented by students from various schools and renowned artists from Budgam, enthralling audiences with their colorful performances.
The march-past was presented by the contingents of JKP, JKAP, CRPF, Home Guard and school children.
Among others, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Mehraj-ud-Din Shah, Additional SP Budgam, Ragav S (IPS) and other Civil and Police officers were also present on the occasion.(CNI) Current News of India
