Srinagar : Several houseboats were damaged in a fire mishap in the Dal Lake area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on early Saturday.

An official told News Agency Current News of India (CNI) that the fire has been put under control by the efforts of the fire service department, police, and locals.

He said several houseboats, including the Safina houseboat, were damaged in the mishap; however,  no loss of life or injury was reported.(CNI) Current News of India
