Srinagar, July 24 : Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Wednesday asserted that situation in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will come back to normal in coming months. He was speaking to reporters at SKICC here in Srinagar.
“It is fact that the budget allocated for Jammu and Kashmir by Government of India needs a favorable atmosphere. But at the same time elements inimical to peace have been defeated by people.
