Srinagar, Oct 24, Current News of India (CNI) SMC Corporator Rukaiya Gulzar joins NC, Jammu and Kashmir National Conference welcomed Rukaiya Gulzar, Sitting SMC corporator from Aloochi Bagh Srinagar.
The joining was organized by In-Charge Constituency & Provincial VP Ahsan Pardesi. Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, District President Peer Afaq Ahmad, Provincial President Women’s Wing Er Sabiya Qadri, and others welcomed her into the party fold.
