Srinagar, 11 March (CNI): The Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) National General Secretary and Jammu Kashmir Incharge, Tarun Chugh while talking about the fact that after August 5, 2019, people of Jammu and Kashmir got relief from curfew and dictatorial governments, said that there was development in the centrally administered area and is silence in Jammu and Kashmir and prosperity is being seen from the side.

According to Current News of India (CNI), while talking with media persons in Jammu, BJP’s National General Secretary and Jammu Kashmir Incharge Tarun Chugh said that some people do not see prosperity and development in Jammu and Kashmir and they are trying to disrupt peace in Jammu and Kashmir.

He said that after August 5, 2019, the people in Jammu and Kashmir got relief from curfew and dictatorship and there was development in the Union Territory, Chhag adds that for the first time, DDC elections were held in Jammu and Kashmir in which thousands of people participated and came winner’s in Panchayat and DDC Elections and 22 lakh people elected their candidates.

He further said that the roots of democracy were strengthened in Jammu and Kashmir, He said that where there was a 6-month curfew and people stayed at their homes, businesses units and hotels were closed, but today the hotels are full of tourists and Jammu and Kashmir is on the path of development, adding that some people want to spoil the image of India on purpose.
