Sopore: Sopore Police continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society.

An official told News Agency Current News of India (CNI) that a naka was established today by Police Post Fruit Mandi at Byepass, during naka checking one person namely Ashiq Hussain Dar Son of Muhammad Maqbool Dar Resident of Rebban Sopore was apprehended.

During his personal search contraband charas like substance was recovered from his possession.

In this regard, case FIR No. 283/2023 U/S 8/20 of NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Sopore and investigation has been initiated.(CNI) Current News of India
