In the loving memory of Police Martyrs, Anantnag Police Started Police flag day week-2023 with Marathon “Run for Unity”. Anantnag Police today organized Marathon ”Run for Unity” from Sarnal Anantnag to Mattan in which about 250 Students of different schools of district Anantnag and Officials of J&k Police participated with zeal and zest. Those who attained first five position were awarded by SSP Anantnag.

In a statement issued to News Agency Current News of India (CNI) that the Marathon ”Run For Unity was flagged off by SSP Anantnag Shri Dr. G.V Sundeep Chakravarthy-IPS, Dy.SP HQRS Anantnag, Dy. SP DAR, SHO Anantnag and other senior officers of Police and Youth Service and Sports department were also present on the occasion.
