No Consumers bills updated online, sites closed , no SMS, or paper’ Bills coming, no PDD bill kitna App updated. Consumers depositing money, but where bill deposited money going no record with the consumers, no receipt of deposits is coming of online.*

*Dimple alleged in the j&k PDD departments officers of many subdivisions @# Sources disclosed that some black sheep officers, official XN, AEE, JE, etc have by-passed Residences Electricity out of the installed Smart meters. Many offical have not taken electricity through the Smart meters connections, in spite their whole residential area is covered with prepaid Smart metered. But the officials have not taken prepaid Smart meters connections.*
