Hails LG Sinha for sacking Govt Employees with terror links
JAMMU(CNI): Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta has strongly supported the decision of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to dismiss three government employees with proven links to terror outfits. He said the bold move reflects the unflinching commitment of Modi government to rid Jammu and Kashmir of the terror ecosystem.p
He stated that the dismissal of Malik Ishfaq Naseer, a police constable from Anantnag district; Ajaz Ahmed, a school teacher from Poonch district; and Waseem Ahmad Khan, a junior assistant at the Government Medical College, Srinagar, under Article 311(2)(c) of the Constitution, is a necessary step to safeguard national security and uphold the sanctity of government institutions.

“These individuals were not just sympathizers but active collaborators with terror outfits like Hizbul Mujahideen and hostile foreign agencies. Their continued presence in government departments was a threat to national integrity,” he asserted.

Commending LG Sinha’s zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism, Kavinder emphasized that the ongoing crackdown is a part of a larger vision under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership to establish enduring peace and development in J&K. He said the Modi-led government is committed to eliminating every element that supports, funds, or facilitates terrorism in any form, and no compromise will be made when it comes to national interest.

The senior BJP leader reiterated that the Modi government has transformed Jammu and Kashmir’s security landscape, cutting off financial and logistical support to terror outfits. “The government is determined to ensure peace, stability, and development in J&K. No one will be allowed to disrupt the progress we have achieved,” he added.(CNI)
