Subject —A Nationalists submission to the Government of India on the UNSC Discussion Initiated by Pakistan and other devlopments on Indo-Pak Tensions.

Respected sir,

The call by Pakistan for closed consultations at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on Indo-Pak tensions, citing the recent Pahalgam terror attack, is yet another classic display of duplicity by a state long exposed for nurturing, exporting, and weaponizing terrorism. As Indian nationalists and the worst sufferers of Pakistan-sponsored terrorism—particularly the Kashmiri Pandit community in exile for over three decades—we strongly urge the Government of India to respond with clarity, strength, and strategic depth.

Our Suggestions Are As Follows:

  1. Categorically Expose Pakistan’s Role in Cross-Border Terrorism: India must use this UNSC platform to present incontrovertible evidence of Pakistan’s continued support to terrorist groups operating in Jammu and Kashmir. The Pahalgam massacre of April 22, in which 26 innocent civilians, including pilgrims and workers, lost their lives, must be highlighted as part of a consistent pattern of Pakistan’s state-sponsored jihad.

2.Position the Victims’ Voice at the Forefront: Let the world hear not only the voice of the Indian government, but also that of its victims—especially displaced Kashmiri Pandits who were ethnically cleansed due to Pakistan-backed militancy. Our pain, exile, and 35-year-long suffering must be part of India’s global narrative to demolish Pakistan’s propaganda.

3.Reject Any Attempt to Internationalize a Bilateral Issue: India must make it clear that Jammu and Kashmir is an internal matter and no external interference will be tolerated. Any UNSC discussion should be on terrorism and Pakistan’s role in promoting instability in South Asia, not on the sovereign and settled question of J&K’s constitutional status.

4.Counter Pakistan’s Narrative Through Aggressive Diplomacy: While Pakistan seeks to exploit the UNSC for political theater, India must engage proactively with all 15 UNSC members, as External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar is already doing, to ensure that the global consensus remains against terrorism, not in favor of its apologists.

5.Press for Action Against Pakistan’s Terror Ecosystem: India should demand accountability and sanctions on terrorist groups and handlers operating from Pakistani soil. Organizations like LeT, JeM, and others must be internationally designated, with pressure mounted on Pakistan’s military-intelligence nexus.

6.Highlight India’s Restraint and Democratic Commitments: While Pakistan fuels violence, India continues to build democratic institutions in Jammu and Kashmir. Let the global community know about the progress, development, and elections being planned—showing who is a builder of peace and who is an agent of chaos.

7.Mobilize Global Support for the Rights of Victims, not the Voice of Terror Sponsors: India must rally the global conscience towards victims like Kashmiri Pandits, Pahalgam attack survivors, and our armed forces, rather than allow platforms like the UNSC to be misused by those with blood on their hands
We, the nationalists and long-suffering victims of terror, strongly urge our Government to not only expose and counter Pakistan’s duplicity at every international platform but also demand the immediate handing over of Pakistan-based top terrorists who have blood of countless Indians on their hands. These include:

  1. Hafiz Muhammad Saeed – Founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), mastermind of the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
  2. Masood Azhar – Chief of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), key planner of the 2019 Pulwama suicide bombing.
  3. Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi – Operational head of LeT, military strategist of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
  4. Dawood Ibrahim – Underworld don and terrorist financier, prime accused in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, protected and facilitated by Pakistani agencies.
  5. Sayeed Salauddin @ Yousuf Shah, Chief of Hizbul Mujahidin , originally of District Badgam, Kashmir, Presently in Pok, Pakistan.

These terrorists continue to operate freely under the protection of Pakistan’s state machinery. India must press the UNSC and the global community to mount collective diplomatic pressure on Pakistan for their extradition, failing which, stronger counter-measures must be considered.
This is not just a matter of justice—it is a test of international commitment to fighting terrorism. Let India lead that call with firmness, facts, and moral clarity.

In conclusion, we, the nationalists and survivors of terror, submit and suggest our government to take a bold stand. Let there be no softness, no ambiguity, and no space for Pakistan’s hypocrisy to go unchallenged. This is a moment for India to lead the world in the fight against terrorism—not just in words, but in relentless diplomatic and strategic action.
