29TH OCTOBER, 2023: Under Police Flag Day Week 2023, in the loving Memory & to give Salutation to J&K Police Martyrs, on the directions of SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS, Ganderbal Police today organized Mini Marathon “Run for Unity” from Main Market Kangan to Govt. Degree College Kangan in which School Students & Youth of the District participated with huge fervour & enthusiasm. Besides, PRIs, Officers & Officials of Police also participated in the event with zeal and zest.

It is pertinent to mention here that Ganderbal Police is organising different Sports events like volleyball, Cultural Programs, Singing Competition, Mini Marathon & other co-curricular activities in the District for a week long period. These different events will Culminate on 31st October 2023. The Police Flag Day week is dedicated to all the Police Martyrs who have sacrificed their lives in the service of nation.
