Baramulla, 15 Aug (CNI): In a heartwarming display of patriotism and community engagement, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Baramulla, Amod Nagpure IPS, celebrated India’s 77th Independence Day with fervor and zeal, alongside school children at Doon International School in Bhat Colony, Singhpora Pattan.
As per the News agency-Current News of India Doon International School Celebrated 77th Independence Day with the spirit of freedom and unity with a series of vibrant and patriotic events at its premises.
Principal & Chairman of Doon International School Singhpora Pattan, Manzoor Ah Bhat, Vice Chairman of (DIS) Raj Bhat, unfurled the National Flag followed by a National anthem sung by the students saluting the tricolor with a guard of honour.
While Addressing the gathering, SSP Baramulla Amod Nagpure IPS delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the pivotal role of positive education in shaping the future of the nation. He said, “Our young children are the foundation of our nation and the architects of our future. It’s our collective responsibility to nurture their potential and guide them towards becoming responsible citizens.”
SSP Nagpure further elaborated on the commitment of Baramulla police towards strengthening the police-public relationship. He reassured the community that the police officials are available round the clock to serve and protect the public, fostering an environment of trust and cooperation.
The occasion took a poignant turn as representatives from civil societies recognized SSP Amod Nagpure for his exceptional efforts in eradicating drug smuggling from the region. The commendation was a testament to his dedication and tireless work in ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.
