Jammu : All Political Parties in particular Kashmir centric political parties got totally exposed by ignoring Kashmiri Pandits to provide mandate at least for one Parliamentary constituency out of three parliament seats in Kashmir valley.— They are answerable to KP community, the arbigenies of Kashmir valley—— Kundan Kashmiri, Community Sevak & President KPC

In the realm of Kashmiri politics, a poignant silence has echoed through the halls of democracy, leaving the Kashmiri Pandit community bereft of representation and acknowledgment.

.Despite lofty proclamations of fraternity and kinship, the recent parliamentary elections in the Kashmir valley exposed a glaring omission: not a single Kashmiri Pandit candidate graced the ballot under any political banner. This omission, far from a mere oversight, lays bare a deeper betrayal of trust.

The very parties that once professed the Kashmiri Pandits as the cherished jewels and rose of Kashmir valley now stand accused of a grave injustice. If indeed they held the concerns and aspirations of the Kashmiri Pandit community close to heart, why did they deny them the opportunity to contest for even one parliamentary seat? This prejudiced stance not only undermines the credibility of these political entities but also unveils their hollow promises and token gestures.

However, amidst this sea of neglect, a beacon of hope emerges as a handful of Kashmiri Pandit candidates resolve to contest parliamentary elections from the Srinagar and Anantnag constituencies. This bold step marks a pivotal moment, not just for the Kashmiri Pandit community, but for the collective conscience of Kashmiri society. It is a litmus test, challenging the Kashmiri Muslim populace and Kashmir-centric political parties to demonstrate genuine solidarity and inclusivity.

The forthcoming elections present a unique opportunity for Kashmiri Muslims to transcend rhetoric and affirm their commitment to a pluralistic and egalitarian society. By rallying behind Kashmiri Pandit candidates, they can signal a resounding affirmation of brotherhood and communal harmony, paving the way for the long-awaited return of the Kashmiri Pandit diaspora to their ancestral homeland.

The ball now lies firmly in the court of Kashmiri Muslims and Kashmir-centric political parties. Will they rise to the occasion, demonstrating not just political expediency, but a genuine empathy for the plight of the Kashmiri Pandit community?

The answer to this question will not only shape the political landscape of Kashmir but also define the moral compass of its people.

Hope people of Kashmir and political parties would responce and reply positively.CNI
