Srinagar: Arms and ammunition were recovered from two infiltrators slain during an exchange of gunfire along Line of Control in Uri sector of Baramulla, officials said.
The officials informed Current News of India that two AK-47 Rifles, 2 Pistols, 4 Hand Grenades and other war-like stores were recovered from the possession of the killed intruders.
Earlier in the day, the Indian Army and J&K Police in a joint operation thwarted an infiltration bid by killing two intruders along the Line of Control in Uri. (CNI)
