Srinagar, (CNI): Special Director General of the Border Security Force (BSF) for the Western Command, Yogesh Bahadur Khurania, met with Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP) RR Swain in Jammu.
The hour-and-a-half-long meeting focused on the current security situation across Jammu and Kashmir, including infiltration attempts along the border. Inspector General of the BSF, Dinesh Kumar Boora, also participated in the discussion, providing insights and suggestions for improved coordination in addressing emerging security challenges.
The meeting specifically addressed security arrangements for upcoming elections, terrorist activities in the Basantgarh area, and potential threats in Rajouri and Poonch districts.(CNI)
