Kreeri, 24 May (CNI) : Kreeri Police on Wednesday said that it has solved burglary case by arresting the burglar and recovered stolen property from his possession in kalantra Payeen area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A Police spokesperson said that on 23rd May, 2023 Police Post Wagoora received a complaint from one Ghulam Nabi Mir S/O Ghulam Mohd Mir resident of Kachwa Muqam Kreeri stating therein that during intervening nights of 22nd & 23rd May-2023, some unknown burglars barged into his shop located at Kalantra Payeen and stole Vehicle Spare parts.
To this effect Police Station Kreeri registered Case FIR under relevant sections of law and investigation was started.
During the course of investigation of the case with the help of technical and human resources names of some suspects came to surface, one of them namely Umar Rehman Mochi S/O Abdul Rehman Mochi R/O Kalantra Payeen was identified and was called for questioning.
After thorough interrogation he confessed that he has committed theft and upon their disclosure, all stolen property was recovered from his possession and he was taken into custody immediately. (CNI)
