Jammu, 08 Sep (CNI) :Chief Secretary , Jammu and Kashmir seeks details of transfers effected without approval from competent authority in terms of extent regulations.
As per the monitoring desk of Current News of India, recently, Chief Secretary, J&K Dr Arun Mehta directed all Administrative Secretaries that in terms of extent regulations, transfers beyond April need prior approval of the Chief Secretary up to the level of Deputy Secretary and approval of the HLG beyond Deputy Secretary level.
Chief Secretary had further directed all Administrative Secretaries that no transfer should be effected without approval of the competent authority and details of transfers effected without approval be submitted to GAD
Pertinent to mention here that some top officers issued transfer orders of some officials of District Cade posts to other districts. (CNI)
