Srinagar, Aug 29 : Director SKIMS Prof. Mohd. Ashraf Ganie today held a meeting with Regional Director IGNOU, RC Srinagar Dr. A. H Rizvi to review the functioning of Learning Study Centre,LSC 30040 SKIMS which is running various health courses. The meeting was attended by Prof. G. H Yatoo HOD, Hospital Administration & Coordinator Learning Study Centre 30040 SKIMS & Assistant Regional Director, Dr. Mohd. Abdullaah along with their supportive staff including Mr. Farhan & G. R Raina.
Director SKIMS was informed that LSC39040, SKIMS is running various courses covering Post graduate Diploma in Health & Hospital Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine, Postgraduate Diploma in Child & Maternity Health, Diploma in Nursing Administration and Diploma in Critical Care nursing and MSCDFSM. During the current year more than 200 students are enrolled for these different courses.
Directors SKIMS Prof. M. Ashraf Ganie along with Dr. Rizvi and Dr. G. H Yatoo also visited the classroom and interacted with the students. The students expressed their satisfaction while giving their feedback.
Prof. M. Ashraf Ganie expressed pleasure about the courses run by LSC,30040 SKIMS .
Director SKIMS & Regional Director IGNOU unanimously agreed upon that SKIMS will also have a formal MOU with IGNOU to add various other courses and collaborate for more academic activities which will benefit the Institute and students.
