Banihal, 12 Sept (CNI): Four people were killed after a rolling boulder hits truck near Sher Bibi in Banihal on Srinagar-Jammu national highway on tuesday morning.
Reports reaching News-agency Current News of India that a truck bearing registration number (JK03J-0312) on way from Jammu towards Srinagar, was hit by a massive rolling boulder and it skidded off the road and rolled into a deep gorge,resulting on spot death to four .
Officials said the traffic on Jammu-Srinagar national highway has been blocked because of landslide at Kishtwari Pather Banihal. Traffic is stopped from both ends.People are advised not to travel on NH-44 without confirmation from Traffic Control Units.(CNI)
