Pattan, 31 May (CNI): In a hit-and-run accident, a 22-year old girl was killed after a speedy car hit her on Srinagar-Baramulla national Highway near palhallan TCP area in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on wednesday afternoon.
Official Sources told News-agency Current News of India (CNI) that a 22-year-old girl (name withheld) Daughter of Late Ghulam Mohammad Mir a resident of Nillah Palhallan was killed after a speedy unknown vehicle hits her on Srinagar-Baramulla National Highway near TCP Palhallan in Pattan area.
A police official also confirmed the incident to CNI and said that the driver along with vehicle fled from the spot,adding that a Case has been registered in this regard and further investigation has been taken to trace the vehicle. (CNI)
