Heatwave: Govt Suspends Classes Up to Primary Level for Two Days

Srinagar: (CNI) Due to a severe heatwave affecting the valley, authorities have decided to suspend classes for students up to the primary level in both government and private schools on July 29 and 30. 

 

The order a copy of which lies with News Agency Current News of India (CNI) “Classwork for students up to the Primary level in both Government and Recognized Private Schools shall remain suspended on 29th and 30th July 2024 in light of the persistent heat wave.”

 

Despite the suspension of classes, all teaching and non-teaching staff are required to report to work as usual.(CNI)
