Srinagar, 08 Sep (CNI): Jammu and Kashmir Police and security forces arrested a hybrid militant and his associate in Pakharpora area of Budgam district on friday.
In a Press release, issued here to News-agency Current News of India , a police spokesperson said that the duo has been identified as Tanveer Ahmad Bhat and his associate Yawer Maqbool Ganai,Preliminary investigation revealed that the duo was operating with TRF in Pakherpora area.
“From their possession, arms & ammunition including a pistol, pistol magazine, 9 rounds and other incriminating material were recovered.”
Meanwhile a case under relevant sections of law has been registered and further investigation has been taken up. (CNI)
