Independence Day: Rangers, BSF Exchange Sweets On Wagah Border

After Pakistan, on the occasion of India’s Independence Day, a traditional gift of sweets was exchanged between the border forces of Pakistan and India at the Wagah Attari border.

According to CNI monitoring, Punjab Rangers congratulated BSF officers and men on India’s Independence Day.

On Pakistan’s Independence Day yesterday, sweets were exchanged between the two forces.

The border forces of both countries give sweets to each other on each other’s national and important religious festivals, but when the situation in both countries is more tense, then the mood of Pakistan Rangers and BSF also changes.

Following ceasefire, on Eid-ul-Adha, sweets from both countries were distributed and good wishes were expressed for each other.(CNI)
