The Jammu Muslim Front (JMF) has strongly condemned the barbaric and arbitrary act of the authorities in Saharanpur, where a Masjid was reportedly bulldozed.

The Jammu Muslim Front termed the incident as deeply disturbing and a serious assault on the rule of law and religious rights. No authority should be allowed to act in an arbitrary manner or take such drastic action without following due process of law.The Jammu Muslim Front has appealed to the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India to take suo motu cognizance of the incident and ensure a thorough judicial inquiry into the matter

.JMF further demanded that an FIR be registered against all those officials and persons responsible for acting arbitrarily and exceeding their legal authority. Those found guilty must be held accountable in accordance with the law.The Jammu Muslim Front firmly believes that the Constitution and the rule of law must remain supreme, and no citizen or institution should be subjected to injustice through arbitrary exercise of power.
