Srinagar, (CNI): J&K Bank has suspended two senior officials—Sheikh Mohammad Muzaffar (Assistant General Manager, Cluster Head Baramulla) and Tanveer Bashir (Chief Manager, Branch Manager T P Baramulla)—pending investigation into alleged misconduct during their tenure in Baramulla.

They have been attached to Zonal Office Srinagar and Cluster Office Kupwara, respectively. Both are barred from visiting other bank premises or leaving station without approval. Their specimen signatures have been frozen, and they will receive subsistence allowance during suspension.

Investigations are ongoing.
