J&K Polls: Udhampur Leads with 33.84% Turnout till 11:00 AM

Jammu, CNI: The third phase of polling in Jammu and Kashmir’s Assembly Elections-2024 saw a 28.12% voter turnout by 11:00 AM across 40 assembly constituencies in seven districts, According to the Chief Electoral Officer’s office. 

 

Udhampur district led the way with the highest turnout at 33.84%, followed closely by Kathua at 31.78% and Samba at 31.50%.

 

Other districts also showed significant participation, with Bandipora recording 28.04%, Jammu 27.15%, Kupwara 27.34%, and Baramulla 23.20%.

 

As the polling process continues, election officials are vigilantly overseeing the proceedings, anticipating that the final turnout figures will provide crucial insights into the region’s evolving political landscape. CNI
