Srinagar, 09 Sep (CNI) :The Jammu and Kashmir swimming association is organising one day open swimming championship on 10th of September at Shalimar Ghat foreshore road Srinagar, of late V.K Sawhney, in the memory the ex Secretary of swimming association of JK.
As per the news agency-Current News of India, in this championship all the eligible candidates are invited to participate on 10th September 2023 at Shalimar ghat foreshore road Srinagar.
Jammu Kashmir swimming association is hopeful of having a wonderful championship ahead as this championship is a tribute to the person who worked very Hard for all the districts of JK in the field of swimming.
“Death is a bitter truth which no one can deny but people like V.K Sawhney leave an unforgettable impression on the mind and soul of people around him that such people are remembered every time and this championship is just a token of love from Srinagar,” Said a member of JK Swimming association.
