WE expresses hope that the government will provide all necessary facilities and ensure the safe return of devotees to their homes in Delhi, Jammu, and beyond. Special appreciation is extended to the Union Territory authorities, including Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner Jammu, Sh Ramesh Kumar Ji, and Dr. Arvind Karwani Ji, for their efforts in facilitating the smooth departure of yatra buses from Nagrota, Jammu.
The annual Mata Kheer Bhawani Mela holds immense significance for Kashmiri Pandits, with festivities set to take place on the 13th and 14th of this month. The fervor among pilgrims is palpable, with celebrations of Zesht Ashtami garnering widespread attention.
The government’s proactive measures to accommodate thousands of KP and other Hindu devotees from across the country are commendable. Arrangements have been made at various holy sites in the Kashmir Valley, including Kheer Bhawani at Tullamulla, Ganderbal, Tikker in Kupwara, Laktipora in Aishmuqam (Anantnag), Mata Tripura Sundari in Devsar, Kulgam, and Mata Kheer Bhawani in Manzgam, Kulgam.
A total of around 8400 pilgrims have registered for the holy pilgrimage this year, with 200 buses arranged for their journey to pay homage to the Goddess Maha Ragnaya. The Kheer Bhawani Mela on Zeishta Ashtami will witness Maha yaga ceremonies performed in accordance with ancient traditions and rituals at shrines across Kashmir.
KPC again extends its best wishes to all devotees and yatris for a safe and comfortable pilgrimage, with prayers for their auspicious return to their respective homes.along with blessings of Mat Raginiya Bhawani for themselves and whole community & country.
Again earnestly requests them to immerse themselves fully in spiritual and religious activities, rather than getting caught up in media engagements.CNI
