Continuing its efforts to empower youth against substance abuse under the “Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyaan,” Social Activist & Chairman of Samvedna Society Keshav Chopra today
organized anti-drug sensitization programmes at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Nawabad, and Tiny Tots Higher Secondary School, Jammu.The programmes were organized with the objective of sensitizing students about the serious consequences of substance abuse and motivating them to adopt a healthy, disciplined, and purposeful lifestyle. Dinesh Menon, a social activist and former ONGC employee who retired in April 2026, was also present on the occasion.Addressing the students, Keshav Chopra emphasized the vital role of
students, parents, and teachers in fostering a substance-free environment, giving the call “Say No to Drugs and Yes to Career.” Chopra urged the youth to channel their potential into education, sports, and skill development, and to step forward as ambassadors of the Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir mission to inspire positive change.
