Kishtwar : Under the banner of operation SANJEEVNI Kishtwar Police in its continuous drive against the anti social elments detained a bootlegger on a specific information a special Naka was established at Mughalmaidan area.
A special police team was constituted by SSP Kishtwar led by Insp Sandeep Parihar & SI Mohd Shafi, under the supervision of Dy. SP DAR Sh. Sajjad Khan laid a special naka at Dadpath Mughalmaidan area
As per the News Agency Current News of India (CNI) During checking police interecepted one motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AJ-7757 and on searching a bag which was tied with the motorcycle, the naka party recovered 33 bottles of illicit liquor.
The arrested person identified as Muzahir Hussain S/o Mohd Irfan Lone R/o Makerphat Mulchiter Mughalmaidan.
In this regard Police has registered case FIR No. 92/2023 under section 48 (a) Excise Act in Police Station Chatroo and investigation into the case is going on.(CNI) Current News of India
