September 17, 2023 CNI News: During the ongoing operation in the Kokernag region of the Anantnag district on Sunday, a CRPF trooper got accidentally hit in the foot, according to officials.
According to multiple reports, the injured trooper, who was an integral part of the security operation’s Road Opening Party (ROP), was quickly transported to the hospital for prompt medical care.
Since police and security forces launched a coordinated operation against militants in the nearby Gadole forest on Wednesday, three army personnel and a DySP from Jammu & Kashmir have been killed so far.
