leadership of its President Sh. Kundan Kashmiri, firmly rejects and opposes any dialogue or talks with individuals, groups, or organizations that stand against our demand for a consolidated, single-place settlement in Kashmir Valley,

governed entirely under the writ of the Indian Constitution. Our return must come with institutional and constitutional guarantees, robust infrastructure development, and a secured environment that ensures the long-term safety, dignity, and well-being of our

community.Furthermore, KPC categorically refuses any engagement or negotiations with those elements—directly or indirectly—responsible for our forced exodus, killings, massacres, destruction, loot, arson, and ethnic cleansing. These perpetrators, who inflicted unimaginable horrors upon our community, can never be stakeholders in our rehabilitation.

Their attempts to sabotage or dilute our demand for a consolidated homeland will not be tolerated. Kundan Kashmiri, President KPC stated that the right to decide our place and manner of

resettlement is our fundamental constitutional right, and no individual, organization, or government body has any authority to interfere in it. Kashmiri Pandits have suffered seven exoduses in history, and this time, we will not allow history to repeat itself.

Our demand for a consolidated settlement at one place is not only a necessity but also a historical imperative, ensuring that our future generations live together safely as a community, safeguarding our religion, culture, traditions, and way of life.

He said ,given the prevailing circumstances, it is impossible for this microscopic, persecuted community to return to their previous villages and towns and live in a dispersed manner. The only viable and just solution is a secure, exclusive, and permanent settlement at one place within the Kashmir Valley.

The Government of India and the Union Territory administration must seriously and urgently address this long-pending demand of the Kashmiri Pandit community. We call upon the authorities to recognize and implement our demand for a

consolidated, single-place settlement in Kashmir, ensure constitutional, institutional, and security guarantees for our return, compensate our community for the immense loss we have suffered over decades, and return the land and property taken under draconian laws and distress sales, or provide compensation at present market rates.

KPC strongly condemns and opposes all those self-proclaimed community representatives who are engaging in dialogues with the perpetrators, tormentors, and those leaders responsible for our suffering.

These individuals, who are compromising with those who orchestrated our destruction, deaths, massacres, and displacement, are betraying the cause of Kashmiri Pandits. Our victim community will neither forgive nor forget those who seek personal gains by negotiating with the very forces that shattered our lives. We urge every true Kashmiri Pandit to reject such misguided

engagements and instead stand united behind the demand for a just, dignified, and secure return. While KPC does not oppose any

individual’s choice to return to their old homes in scattered villages and towns, we strongly caution them that history has repeatedly proven that such decisions come with dire consequences.

Those who choose to resettle in isolated pockets must be prepared to face the risks alone, as Kashmiri Pandits have suffered forced exoduses multiple times over centuries.

The only sustainable and viable solution is a unified, single-place settlement, ensuring our collective security, cultural preservation, and community strength.Other KPC leaders and activists , besides Kundan Kashmiri,it’s President, have echoed

these firm and unwavering views, including Sh. Tej Ji Pandita, Dr. H.L. Saraf, Sh. M.K. Raina Ji, Sh. Sushil Ji Bhat, Sh. Rattan Lal Raina, Sh. S.L. Zutshi Ji, Sh. Suraj Wali, Sh. Rajender Dhar Ji, and others. The Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) remains steadfast in its demand for a

consolidated one place settlement in the land of Kashyap ( Separate Kashyap Bhoomi) and will not allow any dilution of this demand. We call upon the Government of India, UT administration, and all stakeholders to heed this demand with urgency.

The time for lip service is over—we demand action now.[MEDIA CELL – KPC]Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC)Mobile: 8802167955Email: kundankashmiri@gmail.com
