Provincial President of JKNC, Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta, emphasized that the NC will secure majority in the upcoming elections of ULB in Districts Rajouri and Poonch.
The Provincial President stated this while interacting with the functionaries of Rajouri Rural unit at Marchola in Sunderbani.
The senior NC leader asserted that Rajouri and Poonch Districts witnessed unprecedented support to National Conference its leadership Dr Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah. The Provincial President firmly asserted that the frustrated BJP leadership will face a significant defeat in the impending ULB elections. He revealed that the people of Pir Panjal region have already decided to give their mandate to the NC in upcoming elections.
Rattan Lal Gupta held threadbare discussions with the functionaries of Party’s Kalakote, Sunderbani, and Nowshera units. He acknowledged that the people of Rajouri district are facing difficulties due to hollow slogans and unfulfilled promises made by the BJP leadership. He noted that even the party functionaries of BJP have become frustrated that recently they submitted mass resignations from their party posts in this region.
Gupta assured that the National Conference will give a tough fight in the ensuing polls and called upon party workers to gear up to ensure the victory of party in the forthcoming polls.
