Srinagar, 16 June (CNI) : A 40-year-old man died after a wild bear attacked him at Cheerward Kokernag area in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on friday afternoon.
Reports reaching News-agency Current News of India (CNI) that a 40-year-old man identified as Zameer Ahmad S/O Muhammad Yousuf was attacked by a wild bear at cheerward village in Kokernag.
Soon after hearing his screams, Locals rushed towards the spot and immediately rushed him to nearby hospital, however, he succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance of the incident and started further investigation in this regard. (CNI)
