National Cinema Day will allow viewers to watch movie for Rs 99

The public will be able to watch films in theatres on 13 October for Rs 99 per entry as the nation prepares for the National Cinema Day.

The Multiplex Association of India (MAI) and cinemas from across India have teamed together for the same event to create an exciting movie marathon for cine enthusiasts.

National Cinema Day will take place on more than 4000 participating screens this year, building on the outstanding success of last year’s celebration, which witnessed the highest ever single day admissions of 6.5 million.

This unique event celebrates the phenomenal box office success of numerous films this year by bringing audiences of all ages together for a day of cinematic bliss. It’s a sincere “thank you” to all the moviegoers who supported this achievement and an open invitation to those who haven’t visited their neighbourhood theatre yet.

The National Cinema Day is held at theatres such PVR INOX, Cinepolis, Miraj, Citypride, Asian, Mukta A2, Movie Time,Wave, M2K, Delite, and many more.
