Budgam, 11 Sep (CNI): A non-local labourer died after he was allegedly manhandled by another non-local labourer during a scuffle in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday afternoon.
Reports reaching News-agency Current News of India that a Non-local labourer, identified as Shatrudhan Ram son of Chulhai Ram, resident of Gawas Nagar Bihar, died during scuffle at a brick kiln in Gondipora Beerwah.
Soon after the incident police reached to the spot and arrested the accused namely Sajan Das son of Kapal Das of Gosa Nagar Bihar and charged him with the murder.
Meanwhile in this regard, a case FIR number 109/ 2023 under section 302 has been registered in this regard and further investigation has been taken up. (CNI)
