Srinagar : Northern Army Commander Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi visited forward areas in Jammu’s Akhnoor and celebrated Diwali with the troops deployed there, said Indian Army on Monday.
On the Said occasion Upendra Dwivedi interacted with the veterans and the personnel and gave commendation cards to them for their extraordinary work and relentless devotion.
