In the complex and delicate fabric of Kashmir’s socio-political landscape, a dangerous breed of politicians has emerged, those who shift their allegiance from one party to another and shift their alliance partners without a second thought. These Dalbadlu (opportunist) politicians, driven by nothing but personal gain, are parasites, feeding off the struggles and aspirations of the people they claim to represent.
One day they demonstrate to be friends and supporters of India and another day friends of separatists,pro-Pak elements and thier mentors across the border in Pakistan.
For years, these political chameleons have manipulated public sentiment, exploiting the vulnerabilities of Kashmir for their selfish ambitions. They lack any true commitment to an ideology, a party, or the people. Their only loyalty is to their insatiable greed and thirst for power. Every time they switch parties, they betray the trust of the people, turning the democratic process into a farce.
These opportunists are the root cause of the political corruption that has plagued Kashmir for decades. Their self-serving behavior has eroded the very foundation of governance, turning the political arena into a breeding ground for dishonesty and treachery. By constantly shifting loyalties, they destabilize the political system, leaving the common people to bear the brunt of their unscrupulous actions.
The current state of unrest and chaos in Kashmir is a direct result of the actions of these Dalbadlu. Instead of striving for peace, stability, and development, they have deepened the wounds of conflict, exacerbating divisions and fueling distrust. Their opportunistic behavior has created an environment where trust in political leadership has all but vanished.
The people of Kashmir must rise against these parasitic politicians and reject them unequivocally. It is time to hold these traitors accountable and ensure that their toxic influence is eradicated from the region. The upcoming elections should be a turning point—a chance to reclaim the dignity, integrity, and future of Kashmir. The people must unite to punish these Dalbadlu, ensuring that they are consigned to the dustbin of history, where they belong.
