Baramulla, 07 Aug (CNI) : Acting tough against the menace of drugs, Baramulla Police on Sunday have destroyed wild cannabis spread on 5 Kanals of Public Land at Malik Mohalla Magraypora area in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Baramulla Police received information regarding the presence of Wild Cannabis at Malik Mohalla Magraypora Baramulla. Accordingly, a police party consisting of personnel from Police Post Wussan led by PSI Showkat Ahmad IC PP Wussan along with Sarpanch, Numberdar & respectable of Magraypora Wussan under the overall supervision of Sh. Mohd Nawaz-JKPS, SDPO Pattan reached the spot and destroyed the Wild Cannabis on fields measuring approx about 5 Kanals of public land.
General people of Wussan hailed the efforts of Baramulla Police and has joined the destruction of Wild Cannabis at the locations.(CNI)
