Rajnath Singh hails PM Modi for Article 370 abrogation

Srinagar,19 April (CNI): Referring to the abrogation of Article 370 and the construction of Ram temple, Defence minister Rajnath Singh said that the Narendra Modi government made possible what had previously seemed impossible.

According to News agency-Current News of India (CNI), Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of ‘Saurashtra Tamil Sangam’ in Somnath, Rajnath Singh said India is “united” and no one can divide it, while criticizing disqualified Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodu Yatra.

Referring to the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Rajnath Singh said, “Several generations were lost in the thoughts of whether the Ram temple would be built, but finally, under the leadership of Modi, the construction of the temple began and the special status of Jammu and Kashmir was abolished and it was fully integrated into the country.”

Rajnath Singh said that the parties that ruled the country for 70 years were only engaged in promoting corruption and nothing was done for the development of the country. However, when the new government came to power under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, such decisions were taken which the people were eagerly waiting for a long time.

Rajnath Singh said, “The cultural tradition of India is so strong that even the strongest storm cannot shake it, but there is a fashion for connecting such a united, unbroken and unique India.”

He said, “Those who cannot do anything else, they go out to unite India, but India is united and will always be.”

“You are all aware of border security, economic security, social security, and food security,now new dimensions like space and cyber security have also been added, Rajnath Singh said.” (CNI)
