Srinagar, 05 May (CNI) : Three more army soldier succumbs to their injuries, in an ongoing operation between government forces and militants in Kesari Kandi area in Rajouri district, officials said.
An official told News agency-Current News of India (CNI) that three more soldiers succumbs to their injuries, who were injured during the ongoing encounter earlier in the operation, taking the death toll of soldiers to Five in the gunfight.
Earlier officials told News-agency Current News of India(CNI) that two indian army men killed, four others have been injured after militants trigger explosive during the ongoing encounter in Kesari Rajouri.
Army says as per initial reports a group of militants are trapped in the area, adding that there is a likelihood of casualties from militants side. However, the operation is in progress,he added.
Meanwhile, following the gunfight mobile internet services have been suspended in the area as a precautionary measure . (CNI)
