Mumbai: Ratan Naval Tata, former chairman of Tata Sons, breathed his last on Thursday. The 86-year-old industrialist was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital on Monday after his blood pressure dropped dramatically.A statement issued by Tata Sons chairman, N Chandrasekaran said, “It is with a profound sense of loss that we bid farewell to Mr. Ratan Naval Tata, a truly uncommon leader whose immeasurable contributions have shaped not only the Tata Group but also the very fabric of our nation.”
