Srinagar :  we had a significant meeting in the chamber of the Honorable Chief Secretary, Mr. Atul Dalloo Sahib, who has provided a permanent solution to our long-standing salary issues. His dedication to resolving the concerns of the Health and Family Welfare MCh is commendable, and for that, we, Neelofar Akther, President FMPHW, went to personally thank him for his tireless efforts.

We are especially grateful to him for addressing the promotion and LHV issue that has been pending for 25 years. His intervention, which brought our problems directly to the attention of the LG, has been instrumental in resolving these long-standing challenges.
