Traffic Police conducted a special drive against violators at Wagoora and National Highway near Putkha in Baramulla district.
According to news agency Current News of India-CNI, a traffic police team under the supervision of SO Sangrama challaned several vehicles who were found violating traffic rules. A few vehicles, both two wheelers and four wheelers, were also seized.
SO Sangrama told CNI that the team conducted a special drive at wagoora against vehicles who were found involved in excess passenger violations.
He said that the people found violating rules including overloading, over height, without DL, without helmet, triple riding, over speeding and with seat belts, were challaned on spot.(CNI)
