The Srinagar to Jammu National Highway was closed after it was blocked due to a fresh landslide and muck accumulation at Cafeteria Mod in Ramban district.
Official sources said that the shooting stones, debris and mud blocked road as the landslide occurred near the cafeteria mod.
Reports said that the men and machinery were put in action immediately after the incident and the road is being cleared.
Meanwhile, authorities appeal commuters to adhere to the instructions provided by the traffic police and civil administration.(CNI)
